I moved to the suburbs of Chicago (Algonquin) in 1987. One of my accounts was Illinois Bell, located near the loop. Same situation as now, don’t go south! It’s the Democrat leadership in place for decades, protect the majority white areas and leave the rest for the corrupt Aldermen. E. St. Louis was even worse. Same reason.
