Great idea with many possibilities. Since one of the things that causes migration and refugees is shortage of potable water, maybe this will allow some people to stay in their homes. I can see its use after natural disasters as well in places like Puerto Rico.

Lt Col Charlie Brown Recycling is usually always a good thing. Years from now companies will be mining old landfills where we have discard so much that should have been recycled.
