I was this issue with the Iraqi army all the time mixed uniform. Which says to me

so I went to the source link and the title reads, "Blending in, Air Force to begin wear of OCP uniform"
The caption under the picture is, "The OCP Replaces the Airman Battle Uniform (ABU), which has been the standard uniform since 2011, when it replaced both the woodland camouflage Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) and Desert Camouflage Uniform (DCU). "
So I honestly don't know where the confusion is.....
