Finally, and when did the story change that the shooter was in his 70's and disabled? Or, maybe it's just my imagination that I read that somewhere.

It was already known he had threatened other people about parking there before - hell he called one guy's boss and threatened to come to his work and shoot him! He wasn't defending himself. He wasn't in fear of his life. He was being a jerk. If someone parks in a handicap spot, call the police. It's that simple.

Little man syndrome? I'm all for ccw but it's all the nut jobs that slip through seem to get all the press. You don't see how many times someone with a gun stopped crime. It perturbs me sometimes.
