Nobody is denying him his First Amendment rights. Could you show us where he has a right to keep a security clearance now that he's no longer employed in government?

Freedom and position both entail responsibility. Female members of the military have been kicked out for their freedom of expression when they posed nude in magazines. I could not have used my freedom of expression as a private citizen to insult my CO. Brennan has worked over time to denigrate and belittle Trump, but as the saying goes “everybody has a boss “.

Brennan was open and honest about his background during his initial CIA screening back in 1980. LTG Flynn, Trump's first national security adviser, pleaded guilty last year to lying to FBI about ties to Russian government.
