I'm skeptical, but an initial force of 13,000 doesn't sound bad. I mean, it will be the force watching/maintaining the satellites at this point only, right?

Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson had some very good points and statements, I believe her foresight will make the space force transition in very smoothly.
