Before you dispute The Source, this was in the Canadian paper National Post yesterday and in the Washington Post probably a couple days earlier. One author served as Deputy Secretary of Defense from 2014 and 2017. The other served as assistant Secretary of Defense from 2017 to 2018.

I think this is a great article, and spot on. I am convinced no one in DoD knows what we are really spending our money on, and if they did, they could use programs that don't produce anything meaningful and put that money toward real modernization and technological improvements.
