One of the top lawyers in the country was on FOX this morning. He is liberal and his name is Alan Dershowitz he stated and I quote: "Avenetti has been irresponsible in both representing his clients as well as attempting to make his legal case". This was in response to a FOX news commentator saying that key Democrats have told Avenetti he was hurting the cause more than helping the cause via his press conferences and bluster. Additionally, he has lost several court cases already. So congratulations as your one of the very few on the Left that believes Avenetti has advanced the cause in any way. Make sure you add him to your favorite lawyers list and consult him if you need him in the future.
My bets are eventually Avenetti crosses the line and faces disbarment because it is really obvious he lacks discipline. You really shouldn't be taking on private clients if your trying to run for President that is a conflict of interest because it will place your interests in front of the clients at times. So I am not sure how he balances his intended and announced run for President with adequately representing his clients....that has to be quite a balancing act.
