Folks are finding it hard to donate to groups when the overhead is high and the money doesn't reach the people that need it. This is another black eye when it isn't needed.

Capt David Bays; I can't think of a just punishment; but, I sure have a few choice words for the people that stole the money from our Wounded Warriors.
