I've long wondered why this hasn't been exoanded, to be opened to all svcs, along with DANTES and CLEP...most.also don't know about the mil transcripts from DANTES as well as Americans Council on Educ (ACE)...to me, that whole educ schema should be long ago been consolidated uniformly btw svcs...just some observations, for whatever they might be worth...I expect there are other programs comparable to CCAF I don't know about...I've read stuff about such a possibility of opening CCAF to other svcs, I know naval vessels have civilian faculty on board as civil svc, I've seen that...to me, however, all too often, the whole thing rather strikes me as a pretty disorganized hodgepodge, instead of one coherent multisvc educ effort, that's all I'm suggesting...I can send more, I'd there's be any interest, good piece....
