Ok, who wants to bet me....I bet that the report will be leaked to the press within 20 minutes of Congress receiving it. (That time is plugging in a bathroom break for them and do to some being 80+ years old!)

I think it needs to be released to the public. If it's not releasable and it's leaked, those people need to be brought up on charges and thrown in jail. Rule of law needs to be in place and enforced.
