Dunford warns that Russia, China pose serious threats

What I find interesting with the article is all he can point to is cyberspace threats and some challenging of our free navigation in the South China Sea. Both have been going on for a long time. I don't see any real "serious" threats outlined by the General in the article. On an annual basis we have been outspending the Russians exponentially. China the same.
