Humans are imperfect, even the great ones who played a lead role in stopping Hitler. Like all of us have, he said some stupid things, especially when viewed through a lens of 70 years later. But the radical left's notion that anyone who has ever said anything stupid, all their accomplishments, all their great and good ideas, all they have ever been, must be erased...THAT notion is truly stupid, because it fails to separate wheat from chaff, so it fails to advance human understanding. Well if it were not for that racist Winston Churchill you cry babies might be speaking German today. He might have done some bad stuff, but he kicked the stuff out of the Germans. We owe him a debt of gratitude today. Had he not been the leader of Britain the war might have been lost. Most forget that he stood up to Hitler almost all alone and without a lot of help till we entered the war.
