This is really about expanding banking requirements. It is against the law to not pay taxes, ask Wesley Snipes.

LTC David Brown - I should have added "for a certain period of time" You can owe your taxes until April 15th, and your CPA can get you many extensions that most rich people use so they can earn money off the use of their money rather than give it to the IRS on time... There is a huge difference in "owing" and "not paying".
