Seventeen states, led by Louisiana, file Second Amendment briefs with Supreme Court

Typical New York, Lefty, Socialist Democrat, Communist bull. To my knowledge state law never trumps federal law when enshrined in the Constitution. What part of “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” don’t they understand. NY will lose after millions of dollars are wasted… that could be better spent to feed the poor

SGT (Join to see) there's a reason why the 2nd Amendment is the only Amendment in our Constitution that has the following phrase "shall not be infringed" in it. The found fathers were very explicit in having this included but for some reason, those on the left side of politics often do not understand anything but what their media and devices tell them.
