Hmmm...seems like instead of crying about it on social media you might want to get out and vote. I also echo CW2 Bodnar's point. Were you critical with the literal parade of Democrats lately calling for violence against GOP folks, some of which has been perpetrated both in physical injuries and property damage? I'd hope so.

MSG Stan Hutchison I make no excuses for the murderer, however a backlash against the removal of Confederate monuments was the original cause for the “Unite the Right” rally. And to my knowledge the rally was peaceful up until the counter-protesters showed up and the two groups clashed, followed by the murder by one deranged individual.
The difference is you don’t have the president, congressmen or leaders in the GOP arguing the case FOR violence, unlike Waters, Holder, Clinton, etc.
In the words of your side’s godking and savior, “Elections have consequences.” Beat us at the ballot box fair and square or things are going to go badly for the mobs. This president won’t give them “room to destroy” like they had in Baltimore or Ferguson.

I definitely do not condone the assaulting of anyone but both sides of the isle are just as guilty. I wasn't there when this Congressman did the body slamming but I'm guessing the reporter did something to spark him to do so. At some point (it doesn't matter what side you're on) we have to look at how these reporters are treating people. If someone gets in my face with a camera and gets heated because I don't agree with their views, it will agitate me. I might not use the same method the Congressman used but at what point do we start holding reporters accountable for their actions? This isn't about freedom of the press, it's about someone entering my space.

I don't condone violence and I don't support the attacks on reporters. With that said, it is apparent that reporters can be aggressive in their means of getting interviews (going into areas where they are not invited; harassing people), and perpetuate violence by their style and content of reporting. The news media is quick to condemn Trump, but they are silent when it comes to the ones who actually commit the most violence, mobs like ANTIFA.
Democrats as well think it is terrible that Trump has a thought on anything, but it is Okay to chase Republicans inside restaurants and physically attack people for doing nothing more than wearing MAGA hats and shirts.
