5 of the best jungle warfare training sites in the Marines

Yep I knew #1 would be there, I went through on my First Deployment 1989 to Oki, loved it, then went back on another deployment different Battalion in 99 was selected for the advance squad leader class.

A good one in PI also. Think it was a PI asset, but many Marines went through JEST there. Camp out and live off snakes in the jungle...sounds like fun. I opted for liberty in Olongapo instead. That is quite and adventure as well. I wonder if Mayor Gordon is still alive.

I went through jungle warfare training at Camp Gonsalves in 1982/83. It was fun.
