The only thing I have added to my two main handguns is tritium night sights. I practice as often as I can get to the range.

You can have the most tricked out gun in the world; if you can't get a good sight picture on the target quicker than the target can acquire one on you...you lose. There's nothing faster than properly trained muscle memory.
