General Motors wants to close plants in the United States and Canada and focus on electric vehicles. They had an electric vehicle back in the 1990's and they killed it by 2003. I remember seeing these in the showroom. The movie who killed the electric car? Shows what GM could have been. Is it really want to use labor in Mexico or China to build their next products?

Interesting share but I don't buy for a second that GM is going to focus on electric cars. Electric cars are a niche product that are practical for only a limited number of urban residents, not the overall American population. GM is going to focus on their bread and butter, intermediate sized SUVs.

You are right, overpriced old technology maybe it was some hybrid features but then charge the consumer $10,000 more than what the vehicle should be selling for.
