Just saw this link on a group I belong to on LinkedIn called Veterans Mentor Network. This is a great group and I've been on this site and its basically an extension of it. If you are separating soon or want to start preparing for your retirement / separation, jump on LinkedIn, request to join the group and then register on this site. A lot of great people and advice of those that have separated and are doing well in the private sector.

I second what PO3 Michael Townsend has said about the Veteran Mentor Network Group on LinkedIn. I am a member of this group, and there are many professionals there ready to help review your resume, offer tips on job searches, etc.
