2018 Army-Navy Debate Team match held in Philadelphia night before the football game. The resolution debated was: The United States should declare a "No First Use" Policy for Nuclear Weapons. The Cadets argued Affirmative, and the Midshipmen made the case against. Officials and alumni from West point and Annapolis were the judges. Mids won.
