GoFundMe raises nearly $5 million for Trump's border wall

Ok, this is great and all but I have to ask... How does one execute the expenditures for this wall? Will the AF Veteran hire and manage the construction? Can it be given to the government to only be used for a border wall?

Also, if this is successful, I'm inclined to ask if the process could be used for so much more. Things like minimum wage, welfare, improving communities, etc...
