While I am neither appreciative of supportive of the commenters who are intentionally disrespectful of the trans comunity I do agree that missgendered happens to both trans and cis people. When a person unintentionally misgenders it's not necessary to flip out. And when it's intentional you won't make a difference. The high road is always the better option.

My character is fine thanks for asking. No person who makes an honest mistake should suffer this crap from anyone trans or not. And your right no one is stopping me from saying it. I am also man enough to take the heat for what I say.
