Guilty as charged. I had four children and they all slept on my chest at least once. (I have a rather broad and, apparently, comfortable chest)

I'll need an adjacent cell also, my daughter frequently sleep on my chest. The baby receives warmth and the security of a beating heart, the father receives an irreplaceable feeling of love and protection. The government can just butt out...

Keep the cell next to you open. I have photographic evidence showing my two sleeping on my chest. And there are many that want government control of medical insurance and taking over the pharmaceutical industry.
