A Google search shows local news covered this plenty. Nothing for Fox or CNN national came up.
Not the first raid in NC. Both networks covered it last year when ~200 were arrested.
Still waiting on employers to be arrested, but we know these corporations make enough campaign and PAC contributions to keep that from happening.

I guess it is not enough for big news stories. Although Bear Creek Arsenal has about 250 employees. What is troubling to me is the ID theft and fraud to get this job at An arms manufacturing plant.

BCA states they use E Verify, which may be what led to the investigation and resulting arrests. The first step of E Verify is a SSN check. If that fails the first check it is a tentative nonconformation (TNC), then additional steps involving other agency are completed.
Haven't completed my research, but I'm perplexed about how a SSN check can result in a confirmation if that SSN is fraudulent, including stolen. If mine were stolen, the date and state of occur could signal fraud, as well as current employment location (for those working) and for those retired, or deceased, a reintroduction of employment should trigger something at SSA.
Regardless, I find it disturbing that companies, especially one with 250 employees that had 12% of their employees illegal.
