This video presents a reasonable fix for our broken immigration system. Sadly, it's reasonable and those who are wallowing in self pity and hysteria over the election of President Trump aren't interested in "reasonable". If President Trump wants it (and this video fairly matches the fix he has been advocating), it will never be accepted by the Democrats at large. And, it sure as hell won't be acceptable to the Democratic leadership in Congress who can't afford for President Trump to have another political win

Another issue is that some illegal immigrants come by plane and walls would not stop them. Fox News story of one famous East European model who allegedly performed paid work while on a tourist visa. She later received an "Einstein" H-1B visa for US residence despite being a college drop-out with no financial substance.

Due remember, that the wall is easier to stop 40+ percent. Overstays is tough to catch without using racist profiling. Do we have any good ways to catch visa overstays? Most caught are by luck.
