Fleet Master Chief Ray Kemp Speaker at MC Caraballo Retirement Ceremony

Fleet Master Chief Raymond Kemp has been a friend since he we met at NYC Fleet when he gave us a tour of USS Kearsarge. FMC Kemp traveled from his duty station in Italy to honor his former shipm mate Master Chief William Caraballo who retired Friday 2/15 on Long Island. Many time honored Navy traditions honored 30 years of service of Master Chief Caraballo.
