Following the logic of this court ruling, a car manufacturer can be held liable for a drunk driver who kills someone? After all look at the car adds that show people going out to parties, dinners (where one would expect wine or other alcohol beverages to be served) etc.
I am not a gambler, but I'd wager this case will go to the Supreme Court. What do you think about this judges ruling?

So if someone sells you a house and you commit a crime in it, then they are responsible??

CW5 Jack Cardwell depends on how it is marketed apparently... if you market it as a great house for entertaining and someone gets drunk at a party in this great entertaining house it could be your fault.

I learned early to accept responsibility for my actions. Sounds like the court needs new judges.
