I feel sorry for those. Students partly ... I don’t know what investigation they did to check out those learning institutes nor what pre-Investigation the VA agents(investigating agencies hired) did to see what the financial risk those schools may of presented. These Vwts are intelligent.. but their minds may have been clouded about checking the school out better.. So maybe they have a inkling of guilt too..
