It certainly does not look like things are slowing down. I have been sending CARE packages to deployed troops since the current wars began and from the feedback I get there is less support infrastructure today and the troops are struggling with getting some pretty basic essentials. Troops in Syria are particularly bereft, as there are no major bases there, you don't have much for support. Locally contracting for services sounds pretty dicey.
