Great. Now my next safety brief at battle assembly will be.."Don't drink and drive, stay away from the protesters downtown, text your FLL when you get home and now: Don't climb too close to the edge of active volcanos."
I suspect he may be looking at some UCMJ action here, and possibly be liable for the cost of his recovery. More and more states are holding people liable for the costs of their outdoor adventure recklessness.
