So when do they pass legislation to sentence the rapist or those who commit incest to 99 years?
When is a law being passed to make the “man” pay for the child from conception to death for this fetus?
When is a law passed required sterilization of the rapist or incest?
Justify no laws on these subjects. You cannot!
