I had case study about her in business school and worked as a MBA summer intern at Hewlett Packard. Although sexism may have played a role in her resignation, there were additional reasons for her forced resignation. She alienated HP executives and insulted Hewlett and Packard family members along with her infamous Compaq Computers acquisition disaster.
