Great to visit with WWII Army veteran Ben Martinez while visiting at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans this week. Ben describing teaining as a pharmacist and being sent to Italy as his unit liberated Salerno all the way to the Po Valley and the Alps. Now Ben serves as a volunteer st the museum, we were delighted to talk with him.

1993Not many of that "Greatest Generation: left. Estimates put the number at about 493,000. I've wondered if I will be around to say good bye to the last one. I was for the Civil War (1956), the Spanish-American war (1993), and WWI (2011). Since the youngest has to be at least 90, I might.
