What I find odd is that they also fired the first supervisor to arrive on the scene because instead of rushing in immediately, he stopped and took the time to put on his bullet-proof vest. Really?

All charges and armchair Quarterbacking are from people who were not there....The shooter is the bad guy.....don't recall the Governor and DA... Charging in with guns ablazing... purely political....
