That was one of the better articles I've seen regarding the issues facing both volunteers and the Ukrainians in terms of trying to integrate potential foreign fighters. Some of my sources have said that it is not for lack of wanting or trying on the part of the Ukrainians, rather in the middle of an undermanned war attempting to vet qualified personnel who will actually help rather than create more problems.
