There is difference in where the money is coming from. Different article on how money from park budget is getting diverted from necessary maintenance in order to fund this ceremony.

LOL Another example of how little some people understand basic economics. Try looking up "economic velocity" and try to figure out how it applies to the money spent on this parade or the space program (remember people complained about US shooting all those dollars into space?)
