An acquaintance from a major city’s “internal affairs” department told me of how ‘they’ have files on judges, just in case.

Bad cops do a tremendous harm.

What a guy! Just look at how well he's cared for those he works with! By providing them with a pile of new work, he's given them job security. Now they have to examine each and every one of his actions, from the day he put on the badge, and get paid for it.
