"The Census Bureau's primary mission is conducting the U.S. Census every ten years, which allocates the seats of the U.S. House of Representatives to the states based on their population.[1] The Bureau's various censuses and surveys help allocate over $400 billion in federal funds every year and it helps states, local communities, and businesses make informed decisions.[2][3][4] The information provided by the census informs decisions on where to build and maintain schools, hospitals, transportation infrastructure, and police and fire departments."
The reason why the Socialists do not want POTUS's citizenship is in the above stated reason for the census. If the census shows llegal aliens, (about 20 plus million), the American tax payer funds and decisions for allocation of seats will not be favoring said illegal aliens.
This is an outrage to those who want to destroy American culture and borders. The two main reasons for open borders is destruction of culture and large central governments. The invasion on the US souther border is a classic example of how the poor are used as pawns in a much greater political agenda.
POTUS and the unwashed Deplorable Americans, (especially the Redneck Deplorables), are the only thing standing in the way of a CFR North American Union and global government.
Have a great day MAJ.

So you support a large central government?

MAJ Bryan Zeski MAJ, I dislike what Executive Orders have become. Fortunately, they're not actual laws which many in the political realm seem to think. I'm a President Trump supporter but I disagree with this approach. It's not going to give him any leverage other than pissing off those who oppose him. You know as well as I to get anything done, it takes months if not years for something to go through the process (the way as it's explained in our Constitution) and we've become accustomed to using the EO's as a way to circumvent that process.

I do wholeheartedly agree that the citizenship question needs to be on the census (not for reasons the left will have you believe) but to get an accurate count of the number of citizens and the number of people who are here illegally so we know what we're dealing with. The left's goal is to gain seats by just counting people in certain areas where they do not have a stronghold. It's dirty politics and they know it.

MAJ Bryan Zeski - There are lots of people that will answer NO on the citizenship question. We have people here on student Visa's, work Visa's, people who are in the legal immigration process (green card holders who are not citizens yet etc.). The count is intended to count all persons. Citizenship is one of many questions asked in the Census. Why are you opposed to asking the question?

Cpl Jeff N. - I disagree with the question on the census because this administration has made no secret that deporting immigrants is a top priority. Answering this question honestly, for the illegal immigrants, will just bring more ICE funds to their areas. The only reason for the question on the census is to identify those pockets. That is abusing the purpose of the census.

Should we put gun ownership questions on the census too?

MSgt Kurt S. - I appreciate your answering the question for me, but, next time, it's ok to just stay quiet if you don't know what you're talking about.

MAJ Bryan Zeski - The administration is supposed to deport illegal aliens in our country. They have no right to be here, duh. That is why they are "illegal". We have laws, passed by congress, signed by previous presidents and upheld by the courts that allow for this. Let me guess Bryan, you know better. We shouldn't follow the laws we have all agreed to (through our Republican form of government). Perhaps

The Census has had the question many times in the past but now it is a problem?

Why would be need a gun question on the Census? What business is it of theirs if I have any guns? How about knives, baseball bats, an E-tool with a sharp edge? Why do you try to distract from the topic? I suspect it is because you know how weak your position is.

CPT Gregory Hafera - Really?

If any Army invaded, no census would be taken during the invasion...

CPT Gregory Hafera - Thank you for your clarification. As for your argument, you are mixing apples with oranges...

If this were truly an "invasion", the people in question would not formally seek asylum. At this point in time, they are being detained while supposedly awaiting due process. There are concerns about gross mismanagement and violation of law. Summary familial separation, lack of access to legal counsel, lack of accountability of held persons and alleged inhumane living conditions need to be addressed.

LTC Eugene Chu - When 90 percent of 'asylum seekers' are denied and ordered removed by the courts in absentia, we have a problem. The system is being gamed, and all one has to do is pay attention to determine how that's happening; here's one example: Serving Congressperson sends staff to Mexico to encourage 'asylum seekers' not to speak a certain language. We have elected officials complicit in aiding and abetting an invasion of our country.

No it shouldn't. No discussion. I mean really if you want an accurate count you would leave that out.
