I would say so, from the time he returned he was under a lot of pressure by NASA and US Government to do photo ops and give speeches. It overwhelmed him

Good to see someone of his stature being open and honest about his struggles. Maybe it'll help some. On a side note, he let some lunar landing denier who kept getting in his face have it. Don't know if he cold cocked the jerk, but the kid was definitely seeing stars.
