Prickett: Unintended Consequences (Hemp Edition)

Sometimes it's not what you know, but who you know.

Surprised the Texas legislature did not research potential consequences before forging ahead...guess the hemp lobby won this round. Seems like this is a fairly new phenomenon legislatively. Hopefully, other states will learn from Texas. It appears Colorado is having similar issues.

CMSgt (Join to see) - I'm not surprised. Texas has a long history of idiot legislators, which is why I chose the Moly Ivins quotes. Here's more from her on the Lege and politicians, some of which are relevant today:
