MCPO Roger Collins - OK, just in case you missed the key point, yes, FEDERAL prosecutors are unlikely to charge the execs, as your linked article noted. However, their decision has no bearing on the decision of NEW YORK STATE prosecutors from pursing criminal charges for violations of state law.
