Good luck. We've been trying to do the same thing with California for many years now. Sadly, the very places that control our state thanks to their burgeoning populations are the ones who defeat any attempt for the rest of us to break the state up so that we don't have to suffer their fate

CPT Jack Durish See a lot of county seats,where most of the tax dollars are spent around the governing body,even though,the outer residents are paying most of the tax.
