So, now Canadians have no right to chose who watches their kids? What if a mother doesn’t want a guy watching her daughter?

I read that but how much in lawyers fees will the parents spend defending themselves from this guy? What is to stop him from filing a complaint every time he doesn’t get a job? He should have to pay lawyers fees.
