There are a bazillion different "die-t things out there, ones for weight, ones for some form of "intolerance, and yet others for "blood-type(s)." The only thing I don't eat or won't eat (for religious reasons) is pork. I have a bigger concern with GMO's, growth hormones, and any other man introduced things that effect our food chain. If it tastes good and won't kill you sooner or later you may have to eat it. If the economy fails your gonna find yourself eating things for your very existence and you won't give it a second thought. This guy is very smart and I usually listen with great intent but when it comes to this; aaa, not so much. It's too wide a spectrum of people with too may variables.

I really agree with you over all. I normally have had the cast iron gut for the majority of my life. But the last few years my skin is going crazy. So I'm on a search for what I can do to help me. When I ran into this I thought it was very thought provoking. Never thought this would be for everyone.
