I think that is a great idea. We can get all of the religions to bring their holy books to school and work, from the Bible to the Koran, to the Vedas, to the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, the Satanic Temple's coloring books for kids, and so on.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - is there a reason why you would object to sharing the loving word of the Satanist Temple with the children? How about the loving word of Allah and his Prophet? What about the loving word of His Noodliness? Or that you would object to someone promoting skeptical and rational thinking? What about the Buddhists? The Mormons? The Hindus?

Second, this is not a "positive" story about religion, unless you happen to be in the religious majority. I know of cases where Christians have hounded those who they disapprove of, such as gays and transgenders, to the point that some become suicidal. I watched a friend and co-worker destroy his career trying to hide his homosexuality due to his religious upbringing.

Are you OK with other religions trying to convert your children to their belief (or non-belief)?

MAJ Montgomery Granger - BTW, my post was serious, not sarcastic. If the Christians are allowed to try and convert people at school, every other group is allowed to do the same.

Capt Gregory Prickett and a good part to this article is that a more far-winged religious affiliation used Drew Brees as their spokesman for his comment. Drew then came out saying he doesnt condone their methods (hate against LGBTQ+ persons and more) and stated he accepts and loves everyone for who they are. Because that is what Christianity should be about.....acceptance. Not judgement.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - that's what some believe that Christianity should be about, but certainly not all Christians believe that. There are over 40,000 different sects of Christianity and they agree on next to nothing.
