I personally don't like these 3 Dictators.
What is a positive they all share , they are or where nationalist . And not all Nationalist are bad When the USA had national priorities and was concerned with the needs of it's citizens all citizens of every color . We where respected , feared, and helped keep order in the world . Yes this is a generalization and you can pick at it but it's more right then not. Those who went to War College they studied several leaders who where cruel, totalitarians but we learn from history like Genghis Kan and the Persians.

It would hardly be dissimilar from the praise that was heaped on Chairmen Mao when he passed or Qaddafi a year prior to the start of the Libyan civil war or Stalin when he was our"ally". Remember when Noriega was our guy in Panama? Political winds shift as do politicians.
