I would add peeing in empty water bottles to save a trip to the porta-John, or the bathroom trailer.

CSM William Payne - yes, Gatorade bottles were undeniably better, though water bottles were far more plentiful.

Pouring 1 quart (1 liter) of gasoline with 4 quarts (4 liters) of diesel oil in the john and then lighting it on fire and stirring it with a mop from the janitors closet.
