5 leadership skills all service members should learn

A great share now if the junior enlisted on this site will take this to heart and run with it they will do just fine. In fact I believe most of our leadership skills and ability is inherent in our American military leadership. It is both learned and observed as we grow up in this country. Older siblings, fathers, mothers, uncles, aunts, grand parents, teachers, ministers, Boy Scout leaders, Girl Scout Leaders, Explorer Posts etc. have set the example and we absorbed this leadership attitude and traits and develop them into our own.
