5 Most Important Business Skills Every Entrepreneur Must Have

Greetings,

As a Sonographer performing ultrasound exams, I report to a Radiologist.

If I can not get the ordering physician a Radiologist report, my business is over. My exams go to a PACS computer system for review. Currently, the ability to dictate exams on PACS is not functioning. This is the second day.

What to do? I was honest with the ordering Dr. and I asked the Radiologist I report to for a preliminary review. This worked. For now.

A leader does not run away from their responsibilities. As a veteran small business owner, I must face up to obstacles and overcome them. I wanted the whole thing to go away quickly. But, it has not. My actions concerning this matter have been directed by an informal United States Marine Corp Motto.

It is as follows: Adapt, Improvise, Overcome. The adversity we face in the civilian business world is a piece of cake compared to adversity we face on active duty. Our military training has made us hard. Use that training to build trust in business.
